Through personal experience as an elite athlete and the transformative journey of recovery, I am dedicated to becoming the mentor and guide I needed most during my athletic career. My mission is to empower athletes to thrive both in their sport and beyond, helping them build a strong sense of identity that transcends their athletic achievements.
Drawing from my background in Sports and Exercise Science, extensive training under industry leaders, and expertise in Sports Psychology, I provide comprehensive support that addresses both the physical and mental aspects of athletic performance. I am uniquely positioned to understand the complex challenges athletes face – from the pressures of high-level competition to the struggle of maintaining personal identity and well-being.
